I take aspirin 80 mg every day. Can I take a B-complex supplement with this aspirin?

I am 62 years old, with no illnesses except for cervical arthritis. When I had an X-ray of my cervical spine, it was discovered that I have calcifications in my carotid arteries. This explains the prescription of aspirin. I also take 20 mg of statin as prevention and pantoprazole 40 mg.
