Can letrozole affect my menstrual cycle?

Hello, I take hormones to get my period since I have irregular cycles and polycystic ovaries. I also take letrozole 3 pills a day from day 3 to day 7.

I would like to ask for clarification to make sure I understood correctly
What 'hormones' are you currently taking, and at what dosage?

I take medroxy 10 mg 1x a day for 5 days, to get my period and then when I am on the 3rd day of my period I take 2.5 mg of letrozole 3 tablets a day from the 3rd to the 7th day.

Thanks for the clarification!
The manufacturer's monograph for letrozole mentions the possibility of cycle debalancing with this medication, but this may be exacerbated by your condition

Thank you. Also, with 3 tablets, will the LH concentration be detected with the ovulation strips? Since with polycystic ovaries it is difficult to detect? Thank you

Impossible to answer without having tried it for a few cycles unfortunately, but the dose of 3 tablets of letrozole 2.5 mg per day is frequently used in practice to stimulate ovulation.
