I am taking antibiotics and the contraceptive pill, I have not had my period?

hello i am on helicobacter antibiotic and i was supposed to receive my period yesterday monday like every 4monday since i am taking the pill and first time in my life i did not receive it and no chance i am pregnant if anyone has the answer and could help me thank you bcp🙏🏻 i am on helicobacter antibiotics and I am not getting my period, no chance of getting pregnant and I have been getting my period all my life, can someone please answer? the picture is the helicobacter antibiotic and pill i take yaz yes i have dhiaree since i started the antiobiotics but do the antibiotics cancel out the pill because i don't understand why i don't get my period thank you in any case for taking your time and answering me 🙏🏻
