I have gastro, vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting or stop in the night but the diarrhea persists. With fever.

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
The same precautions are used here: take Tylenol for the fever and hydrate a lot with a few sips every 5 to 10 minutes.
Favour light foods such as soups, broths, toast with butter, crackers, eggs, etc. And avoid heavy or sweet foods such as red meat and undiluted fruit juices.
If the fever persists for 72 hours or if you are unable to eat, you should go to the emergency room.
