Can I take a pre-workout if I take Concerta?

Pre-workouts often contain stimulants such as caffeine, to name a few

It is recommended to avoid or at least reduce the consumption of stimulants if you are taking Concerta because they can increase the risk of side effects such as anxiety, insomnia, tremors, tics, etc.

If you absolutely want to try this type of product, it would be wise to take it in the smallest possible dose at first.
