When I play sports, my fingers become swollen and little blood seems to circulate, could this be water retention?

Hello,
In order to properly respond I need to validate some information.
Do you have any pain?
Do you have a tingling sensation?
What sport does this effect you?

Hello,
No, I don't have any pain though, I feel like my skin is not big enough for my fingers. My fingers are turning white as if there is no circulation. I don't really have a tingling feeling either.
It does that when I'm power walking, running, or doing a gym workout.

Thanks for the clarification. I wanted to validate if it was Raynaud's Syndrome, but it's not that. It's hard to tell what it is, but it's clearly a circulation issue. I think you should talk to your doctor about it. It's not urgent, but you need a medical evaluation to make sure your circulatory problem is diagnosed and treated.
I wish I could help you more, but I think you need a physical exam.
