Thanks for the feedback!
The basis of the treatment is moisturizing the skin. In cases where a cream like Cutibase might not be enough, I suggest a more oily product like Aquaphor or even Vaseline. Keep in mind that no matter what moisturizer you use (unscented), there is no maximum number of applications per day, you can apply it as often as needed, for example before and after going out, after each hand wash or application of hydroalcoholic gel(Purell).
Use a fragrance-free soap such as Dove. After the bath or shower, avoid rubbing the skin vigorously: instead, lightly pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply moisturizer within 5 minutes of getting out of the bath.
In winter time, make sure to protect your skin (long sleeves, gloves), even if the trip from the house to the car is short, for example, and always protect your skin from the sun with a physical screen or a sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 (yes, even in winter).
Finally, continue to avoid any potentially irritating products such as detergents, dishwashing soaps, cleaning products. Wear gloves at all times.
If non-pharmacological measures are insufficient, you should consult a physician for a thorough evaluation of your needs.
I hope this has been helpful and remain available if you have any further questions!
