Can you tell me if there is a solution for my fatigue?

I have had extreme fatigue for a very long time. I have a thyroid problem, my iron level is low and my antibodies are also very low.

Good morning, ma'am,
How long have you been experiencing this?
You mention having a thyroid problem, anemia and low antibody levels: is this due to medical tests? Are you taking medication for these problems, or for any other problem?
Thank you for your time!

HELLO . as for the fatigue, it's been a year . for the thyroid problems, anemia and low antibodies, yes, it's following medical exams that I had and that was confirmed by the hematologist . as for the low antibodies, the others, it's my doctor who told me . I'm on medication for the thyroid gland and for the anemia, I'm waiting to receive intravenous iron because I can't take it by mouth . i have to tell you that I had breast cancer for 14 months in treatment for 10 years and when I saw the hematologist this spring she told me that my antibodies were low and that they never went back up because of the chemotherapy that I received. As for other health problems, yes, I am taking medication for heart valve problems and gastric problems as well as a cholesterol level that is high and I am also taking medication for my blood pressure which was not stable. THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING MY QUESTION. I WISH YOU A GOOD DAY

Hello Mrs.,
I have consulted with a colleague, and we have come to the same conclusion: given that you are awaiting treatment (iron injections according to the information provided), the situation as you describe is beyond what can be addressed on this platform, unfortunately. We believe that a review of your medications (indications, doses, possible side effects) would be greatly beneficial
Since this may take some time and not at the counter, I suggest calling your pharmacy to make an appointment to free up a small time slot to discuss this without stress. If necessary, your pharmacist can make recommendations to your doctor, order tests if deemed appropriate, and follow up with you if necessary.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Thank you. I am very grateful to you for having answered me. You are very kind. I went to see my health booklet from the QUEBEC government and I saw that my platelets are low. I had to take other tests but I will only have my results at the end of August with a doctor from QUEBEC on video conference accompanied by a nurse because it is the doctor who has all the information on my medical tests. THANK YOU FOR YOUR APPROACH TO YOUR COLLEAGUE. ON THAT NOTE, HAVE AN EXCELLENT DAY AND THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR ANSWER
