Can you tell me if it looks like exzema or if it's more serious?

Hello, We are on a trip to Mexico and my daughter, who has sensitive skin in general, has two patches that seem to grow on her cheeks that appeared the first day. They are not sunburns! We cream her a lot and she is always in the shade... it doesn't seem to sting but her cheeks are red in general and she has dry skin.

Hello ma'am, has she ever had this kind of plate in the past? Does she have it or has she had it elsewhere? Is it possible to upload some well-lit images of the lesions?

Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry for the late response, I didn't see the notification!
It's hard to tell, but if you're unable to find a possible cause, I suggest for now just applying a fragrance-free moisturizer 2-3 times a day. Avoid sun exposure for it and the use of soap on the face.
If you don't notice any improvement after 3 to 5 days or if it gets worse, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
I remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
