Hello, We are on a trip to Mexico and my daughter, who has sensitive skin in general, has two patches that seem to grow on her cheeks that appeared the first day. They are not sunburns! We cream her a lot and she is always in the shade... it doesn't seem to sting but her cheeks are red in general and she has dry skin. she has always had sensitive skin and I put a new zinc-based sunscreen on her.. but she never had any lesions like that except for her baby acne at birth here are some pictures
