Can you tell me how much Tylenol (160 msg per 5 ml) and Advil (100 mg/ 5 ml) I can give him?

Hello, my daughter is 17 months old, she weighs 24 pounds, I can't find any more Tylenol or Advil for her age. So I bought the ones for children (2 to 11 years old).

Hello Mrs.
For the 10.9 kg weight, the dose of Tylenol 160mg /5ml is 5 ml every 4 to 6 hours as needed for a maximum of 5 times per 24 hours period. Shake well before administration.
The dose of Advil 100mg/5ml is 5 ml every 6 to 8 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 4 times in a 24 hour period. Shake well and ideally give with food.
I would like to mention that it is not recommended to alternate or combine these 2 medications for fever, one should be enough.
I hope I've been helpful and I'm available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Thank you very much. Is it possible to give me the number of milliliters also for my 3 year old boy (15.8kg, 35 pounds)? I think I am giving him the wrong dosage.

For 15,8 kg, the dose of Tylenol 160mg/5ml is 7 ml every 4 to 6 hours, max 5 times per 24 hours (shake well before!)
For Advil 100mg/5ml, the dose is also 7ml, but every 6 to 8 hours, max 4 times a day, ideally with food.
