Can I continue a course of Canesten for more than 6 days?

Hello, I had a swab confirming a vaginal yeast infection. I just finished a 6 day treatment of Canesten but I have the impression that the infection is not completely gone. Can I continue the same treatment for a few more days?

Yes, it is possible, but a longer treatment is usually done after a medical re-evaluation to reconfirm the diagnosis and rule out other causes. I would therefore recommend that you consult a physician given that your symptoms persist.
