How long are my children contagious with hand-to-mouth disease?

Hello, My 5 and 3 year old children have had "foot hand mouth" since Tuesday June 28th. A doctor confirmed that this was the case. The spots are getting smaller. When we can go out and be sure not to contaminate others if we go to the park or other places. Contagious in the stool yes

This condition is considered low contagious for about 10 days. Yes, it can be contagious through the stool as well.
