My baby sneezes a lot, what can we do to help?

It's 3am my 9 month old baby was coughing/sneezing we decided to do a sinus rinse and then give her some tylenol to relieve her. We also gave her some milk but she still doesn't stop sneezing.

You did the right thing with the nasal hygiene, I recommend it as often as necessary during the day, followed by suctioning with a baby wand.
