Hello ma'am, are you talking about a hemorrhoid problem? Do you have other symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation?

Can it be the humidity because I always have panties I have removed never apart to wash myself

Thanks for the feedback.
If you think it is secondary to humidity, I suggest wearing cotton underwear as it allows for better breathing. Avoid wearing tight clothing, and avoid rubbing the area too rigorously for hygiene: use a towel or moist wipes without perfume.
However, considering that the problem has been present for several months, if you notice that it continues to persist, you should consult a doctor, as a precaution.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to determine this without a proper assessment, which is why I suggested consulting a physician if the problem persists or becomes recurrent.

Are you a symptom of itss
Naji-tom Samaha · 2 years ago
Given the description and location, it is too difficult to tell if this could be a symptom of an STI. A physical consultation is necessary.

Thanks for the feedback! In this case only monitor the situation and try to implement measures to reduce the humidity as described above :)
