What can I apply for dry skin on my finger?

Since this winter, I have a patch of dry skin on one finger, near the nail. Since the months go by, the dry patch has grown (at first between the nail and the 1st phalanx and now from the nail to the middle of the finger). At times, it's just dry with little white skins coming up (itchy) and at other times it seems more moisturized, but there are bumps/bumps coming out. I've tried different moisturizers, barrier creams, creams with cortisone... it always stays.

Hello Ma'am, for the sake of detail, could you please indicate exactly what creams you have tried, and if possible upload some well-lit images?
Thank you!

Hello
Here are two pictures of all the creams I have tried. I have always used them for several days before not seeing any improvement that persists over the long term. And here is also a picture of my finger. Right now, my skin is pretty much hydrated compared to other days, but you can see the pimples I was talking about. This is the Aveeno Baby that I use a few times a day right now.

Thanks so much for the information! (By the way, I have the same problem in the exact same place!)
You're going to need to use a greasier moisturizer like Cetaphil or even petroleum jelly, at least 3 times a day, and after every time you wash your hands or apply a hydro-alcoholic gel. Also, if you do household chores like laundry or dishes among others, it is crucial to wear gloves.
Finally, you should not neglect the effects of the sun: apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before each outing.
