Could I take activated charcoal to try to limit the chances of contracting the gastro?

Hello, my boy has gastro and I am 25 weeks pregnant. I wash my hands every hour with soap under hot water.

Good morning, ma'am,

This product is not useful in preventing gastroenteritis. The best prevention is frequent washing of hands, surfaces and shared objects, including handles.
