I have high blood pressure and take irbesartan. For the rest, it's vitamins (Vitalux), calcium, tylenol (knee pain) and Digest More (HCI).

There are several possible causes for this type of symptom. One thing is certain, it is best to discuss your dizziness directly with your pharmacist. It should be noted that in patients taking anti-hypertensive medications (such as irbesartan), it is possible to experience a drop in blood pressure at certain times of the day (and in certain situations, such as when standing up quickly). This condition is called orthostatic hypotension, and can cause dizziness like the one mentioned in your question.
I invite you to talk to your pharmacist, who will be able to tell you how to find out if you are suffering from orthostatic hypotension. Your pharmacist can also discuss with your doctor to find other possible causes for your symptoms.
Good day,
