To relieve my severe knee osteoarthritis, Voltaren or Reeliv5?

The two medications you mention in your question are quite different. First, the Reeliv5 product line contains several different products. Some contain active ingredients such as collagen and chondroitin, while others, like the spray, contain menthol and act more like antiphlogistine. To be very specific in my answer, I would need to know which of these products you wanted to compare.

Voltaren is available in gel and pill form. The latter require a medical prescription.

For osteoarthritis, the use of anti-inflammatory drugs (Voltaren) is not encouraged. Exercise is recommended for patients with osteoarthritis. Supplements such as those found in Reeliv5 products can sometimes provide additional relief, but not all patients will feel the effects.

So, in your case, the best thing to do would be to exercise (ask a physiotherapist for help!) and you could try taking a supplement like those offered by Reeliv5.
