With breastfeeding I am often hungry and I sometimes lack time to eat. I am also starting to train again.
Is this protein powder compatible with breastfeeding?
Here are the ingredients:
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS (PER SERVING): Pea protein isolate 22.11 g, L-Leucine 833 mg, L-Isoleucine 416 mg, L-Valine 416 mg.
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, Organic Ground Flaxseed, Xanthan Gum, Natural Maple and Vanilla Flavor, Sea Salt, Stevia Leaf Extract.

Hello ma'am, I have not found any problems with protein supplements. However, BCAA supplements should not be consumed in amounts exceeding what is found in the normal diet as there is not enough solid data regarding their safety. For protein supplements only, you will have to make sure that the product you wish to consume does not contain impurities or other types of ingredients that should be avoided.

Amino acids (which are the building blocks of proteins) are safe. However, we don't know enough about the safety of the branched chain amino acids, the BCAAs. If it's just a protein supplement it's ok, but not BCAA's like leucine, isoleucine and valine.

I want to make sure I understand ... so even though the protein powder with the above mentioned ingredients contains L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoler one is correct?

Although it is possible to take a protein supplement, such as whey for example, it would be better to avoid products that contain BCAA because we don't have enough data to recommend them during breastfeeding (or pregnancy for that matter)
