Is it possible to do a urine test at the pharmacy, or do I have to go see a doctor?

My 4 1/2 year old daughter has been peeing in her panties for about a month now. I wonder if she has a urinary infection or just a regression phase. No fever, nor pain verbalized by her. On the other hand, her urine smells strong.

Good morning, ma'am,
The diagnosis of an infection is an act reserved for doctors. Furthermore, the result of a urine strip test cannot be used for diagnostic purposes. If your child has unusual symptoms, you will unfortunately need to see a doctor.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
