Is it possible that I have endometriosis? If not, can you give me a clue as to what these pains might be? Thank you!

Hello, for several years now, I have been having severe pain in my lower abdomen at intervals (every month). My pains really look like menstrual cramps, but occur when I am not necessarily menstruating. The pain gets worse when I stand and breathe out. It also makes my stomach feel bloated.

Hello ma'am, is this associated with other symptoms like constipation, diarrhea or other?
Have you tried anything for this problem?

I have had digestive problems for a long time that did not seem to be associated with these pains. When I have these pains, I haven't necessarily noticed if they are accompanied by digestive difficulties since my digestion is a much more recurrent/persistent problem and has been present for longer than these pains. I haven't tried anything for this problem because I wasn't sure how to treat pain in the uterus.

Thank you for the information, I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I hadn't seen the notification!
First of all, if there is a possibility that it is menstrual cramps, the first intention of treatment will be an anti-inflammatory such as Advil or Motrin, if you have no contraindications to take it, which your pharmacist will be able to confirm.
If this is not successful, you should consult a physician so as not to delay the proper management of the solution.
I will remain available if there is anything!

Thank you for the information, in this case, it will be important to consult a doctor to assess the situation properly, if only as a precaution.
