Is it possible to take Benylin Cough and Bronchial Congestion Syrup and acetaminophen at the same time?

This syrup does not contain Tylenol, the 2 products are compatible.

That being said, the syrup may not be an adequate choice if you have discharge and congestion. Nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime, and drinking plenty of fluids during the day are more effective and safe measures.
