Is it possible that a weak spotting is my period this cycle?

I stopped the Seasonale pill last January. Since then, my cycles have been irregular (38, 44 days). My current cycle is now 56 days. On the other hand, for the last week, I have frequent spotting (the use of a sanitary napkin is useless because the flow is so weak). The spotting is mainly in the morning (I see it once or twice, mixed with clear loss). I have also had a lot of PMS in the last few days (hyperemotional, very tired). I did 2 pregnancy tests that were negative.
