I have an itchy armpit?

The armpit is indeed a very sensitive area and at risk of irritation

What I suggest for now is to use a moisturizing cream or lotion without perfume like Aveeno, Glaxal Base, Cutibase, Cerave or others, as often as necessary during the day (the same goes for the knee too)

Avoid scented soaps, as well as water that is too hot during the shower. After the shower, avoid rubbing the area too vigorously with the towel, and apply the moisturizer within 5 minutes of getting out of the shower.

I invite you to try this for 1 to 2 weeks. If the situation worsens or simply does not improve, I suggest consulting a doctor, purely as a precaution.
