Is it possible for a pharmacist to prescribe a pump for lung medication without having to go to the hospital?

I have the same symptoms as a month ago, it looked like pneumonia but it wasn't, just my lungs silent and coughing so the doctor prescribed a pump so I'd like to know if it's possible for my pharmacist to prescribe one without me going to the doctor.

Hello Ma'am,
The pharmacist will not be able to re-prescribe this pump without you going back to the doctor first, unless the doctor had refills scheduled for this medication when he/she first prescribed it.
I encourage you to contact your pharmacy to see if refills were scheduled for your medication.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Alexandre Chagnon, pharmacist
