Hello! My 3 year old son has been taking Apo-mometasome on a daily basis since last June. This morning he had an important nosebleed. Is it possible that this is due to the medication? Good morning, ma'am, This is a possible side effect of this medication. However, it can also happen if he blows his nose often. It may be suggested to suspend the product for a few days to give the mucous membranes a chance to heal. Using a moisturizing spray can also help.
