Hello, thank you for your question, but ol it is virtually impossible to make an opinion without first seeing the lesions to which you refer, which is impossible here. I would therefore recommend that you go to a pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a photo.

The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on their observations, or recommend a medical consultation if they feel it is necessary.
