Is it possible to get a prescription from a pharmacist? Or should I try again with a pharmacy treatment?

I have had nail fungus since last summer (confirmed by a doctor). Since my nail was going to fall off, I tried a drugstore treatment (because the prescribed treatment was more expensive). However, the infection is still there and I now have two affected toes. I am unable to get an appointment with a doctor.

Hello ma'am, over-the-counter treatments do not penetrate the nail and are unlikely to work. You really need a prescription from a doctor or even a podiatrist.
Sincerely,
