Is it possible to have eczema on the vulva and if so, how can it be relieved?

Every month, just before my period, I have itching in my labia minora and when I look at it, there are small cracks identical to those produced by eczema on my hands. Note that the eczema on my hands also becomes more intense before my period. I don't have any medication for eczema at the moment (vulva and hands)

Hello ma'am, have you tried anything for this?
Are there any other symptoms such as unusual discharge or smell?

Hello,
no discharge and no smell. I tried canesten at first thinking it was a vaginal infection, but it doesn't help. And since it comes back every menstrual cycle along with my eczema attack on my hands, I thought it might be that.

Thank you for the information.
I suggest first and foremost applying Replens moisturizer, available without a prescription, as often as needed.
For intercourse, use a water-based lubricant like KY before and during intercourse as needed, that can help too.
If it persists or worsens, you should see a doctor as a precaution.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
