Is it possible to take acutane with the diane 35 pill?

Hello, I have had a lot of acne for about 4 years. I saw a dermatologist who recommended several products. I have hormonal acne (probably with rosacea) so nothing works for me. I then saw a doctor who recommended diane 35. I have been taking it for almost 4 months. I don't really see any improvement. I know it's often after 6 months, but if I still don't see any improvement, is it possible to take acutane with the diane 35 pill? I am really desperate and the acne is affecting me a lot mentally, thanks in advance!
