Is it a good idea to wear compression stockings, even if you don't have any problems with your legs?

I am quite active physically and often run out of steam for little effort. I know that my excess weight may be a cause. My last check-up was a few months ago and everything is normal.

Hello Mrs,
Compression stockings can help with swelling of the legs and the symptoms of varicose veins
They will not help with exercise tolerance or shortness of breath, however
There are several types, sizes and compressions available. Your pharmacist will be able to help you make a choice if you decide to take this route.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
