After how long does the orange pump take effect?

I have been coughing for 2 1/2 weeks now. My doctor prescribed a blue pump as well as an orange one to reduce the inflammation in my bronchi. After how long will the orange pump take effect (I've been taking it for 2 days) and if so, how will I feel an improvement? Furthermore, I was wondering if it was mandatory to take my 2 doses of blue pump before my dose of orange pump in the morning and evening? Is the orange pump more effective if I take the blue pump 5 minutes before to open my bronchial tubes and let the orange pump medicine in? I'm panicking a little bit and I can't wait to get better. Can I take my orange pump in an aero chamber, good thing to do? I have other questions above in the explanation of my situation

Good morning, ma'am,
The orange pump decreases inflammation and may take 10 to 14 days to have an appreciable effect.
You should feel an improvement if the symptoms for which you consulted us are less uncomfortable during the day.
It is not mandatory to take the blue pump before the orange pump. The blue pump is usually used as an emergency pump if there is coughing, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath. You can take the blue pump before the orange pump but this is not what I see in my practice nor what is suggested in the guides.
Finally, I suggest that everyone use their inhalers with the air chamber (don't forget to rinse your mouth after using the orange pump).
I hope that I have been helpful to you and I am available if you have any further questions

thank you for your answer!
will the orange pump (Flovent) reduce the mucus produced by my lungs in 10-14 days as you said? I have almost no stuffy nose (only in the morning) and throughout the day I feel that it goes down the back of my throat. Would the mucus from my nose be the cause of my mucus in the morning in my lungs? Thank you

Yes, Flovent can help reduce mucus production in the lungs.
Secretions from your sinuses go down your throat but not into your lungs. To this end, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse, which can be done as often as needed during the day.

I had another question!
in the morning my nose is yellow (blocked at night) and all day long my nose is transparent
could this be sinusitis? Could it be something that would keep my productive cough going?
thank you for your time

I wonder if I should take Nasonex? I already take blue and orange pump for my bronchitis

It is not abnormal that the secretions in the morning are thicker and colored. However, it is impossible to determine if this is sinusitis because it requires a diagnosis, which can only be made by a doctor.
That being said, nasal hygiene throughout the day should greatly help to reduce this discharge and coughing.

Good morning, ma'am,
Some foods can increase mucus production, runny nose, and coughing
As long as it's temporary, there's no need to worry.

Thank you for your answer. I still have a wet cough during the day ( with slight improvement ) a lot in the morning less during the day should I still take my prescription of antibiotics or should I let it go since I have an improvement ? Thank you

Coughing may persist for a few weeks after an infection, but this does not necessarily indicate a problem. If you notice a gradual improvement every day, even a small one, continue to monitor the situation
