I have a stitch in my heart since yesterday and it doesn't go away, it worries me knowing that I'm an anxious girl, could it have a link?

Hello,
Chest pain could, yes, be associated with anxiety symptoms, but we usually try to go around to other possible causes:
1- Is the pain present permanently or just on exertion?
2- Besides the stomach pain, do you also have jaw or back pain?
3- Are you experiencing any particular stress right now? And have you consulted your doctor about this anxiety?
I look forward to hearing from you :)

I have been on citalopram 20mg for 1 month, I had started at 10mg, for the last 10 days I have been on 20mg ,I take clonazepam 0.5mg as needed.
I am well surrounded this side, these when I take a deep breath it makes a point, not always I think these weird..
no pain in my back or jaw just that I have a migraine.
at 20 years old a heart attack these possible? or embolism? I am not on any contraceptives.

Thanks for the info.
Actually, you haven't been taking citalopram long. You have to give it a good 4-6 weeks, and the effectiveness starts gradually. You'll probably see improvement in the next few weeks.
It's safe to say that the risk of heart attack or other cardiovascular problems is much more common in older people than in younger people :)
If the pain is there when you take a deep breath, it may be muscular too.
If you're worried about it, I recommend you seek counseling, you'll be set.
I hope this helps a little.
Happy evening!
Emmanuelle
