All my blood tests were fine, but the doctor says my cortisol level is very high. What should I do?

He told me to do meditation.... 🤔 I was wondering if there are any supplements or foods that help lower cortisol

Following the high cortisol result, did your doctor have any other tests done to see what the cause was?
There are really no supplements or foods that lower cortisol levels.
However, if the cause is found, it can sometimes be treated with prescription medication or other treatments. This is why I think it would be important to go back to the doctor to be able to identify a cause.
