Could your baby be having an allergic reaction? Have you tried to identify an allergen that could be responsible, such as a soap, clothing, fabric, bedding, etc.?

If it is indeed an allergic reaction, the redness should gradually disappear in a few days once the allergen is removed from the baby's environment.

To speed up the healing process, you may want to give your baby Benadryl. The dose is defined by weight on the package. If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask a pharmacist for advice when you are in the pharmacy. We are able to tell you the right dose.
