Eczematous patches and evolution into mushrooms... little improvement

I would like to ask you again about my son's plaques... it doesn't seem to be getting better at all despite the antifungal BID. Are there any other over the counter alternatives? Or should I seek medical advice? Thanks in advance Thank you, I will make an appointment with the doctor!

Hello, Indeed the lesion has progressed. I think we might have to see the doctor to get stronger cortisone. It seems more inflammatory than it was last time. In the meantime, however, I suggest continuing to apply the Canesten. The little white pimples you can see on the lesion are either fungus or small bacterial infections. As a precaution, I would keep the antifungal on in the meantime, but it will have to go to the doctor eventually I think. I hope this answers your question P.S.
