Good morning, ma'am,
Have you been able to identify possible causes such as shaving, rubbing, injury or other?
Is the discharge due to scratching?
Have you tried or applied anything to the lesion? Is there an open wound?

I have a doubt that it is due to shaving, the flow is due to scratching I think well and I tried to put cream canesten I had a little relief but it returns every time

Thanks for the information, I'm sorry for the delay in my response, I hadn't seen the notification!
What I can suggest for the future is to avoid shaving against the directions of the hair and to avoid going over the area multiple times as this can greatly irritate and increase the risk of ingrown hairs and boils.
After shaving, only apply a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Base Glaxal or other as often as necessary, whenever the need to scratch arises.
Also, avoid scented soaps: choose a fragrance-free one like Dove for example, and avoid rubbing the skin after the shower: you should lightly pat the skin and apply the moisturizer quickly after.
I am available if you have any other questions!
