I have an infected, painful wound that is not healing after 4 days of polysporin. Is there a stronger and more effective antibiotic cream?

I am pregnant. I am very sensitive to infections and I have already had 2 cases of cellulitis requiring intravenous antibiotics for 7 days to cure the infection.
