Can I return to sports after an IUD insertion?

Hello, A week ago I had an IUD inserted without hormone. I would like to know if I can resume my physical activities (abs, push-ups, squats, etc.) or if I have to wait for the risk of moving it? Thank you very much!

Hello,

Sport does not cause the IUD to move. It is therefore safe for you to return to your sporting activity as soon as you feel fit to do so
