Can I take a bedtime insulin shot right away or should I wait?

I am tired and I would like to go to bed but I don't know if I can inject myself with insulin for my bedtime since I injected myself with insulin for dinner 2 hours ago.

It is unlikely that a difference of a few hours in the timing of your long-acting insulin would cause a problem.
