Hello Ma'am,
Unprotected sex always carries some risk of pregnancy. Sex during menstruation has a very small risk of pregnancy, but it is not impossible.
The egg in a woman is released 14 days before the end of the cycle and has a life span of 12 to 24 hours. A spermatozoon, on the other hand, has a lifespan of 3 to 5 days in the woman's body. There is therefore a period of fertility in each cycle that lasts about 5 days , 4 days before ovulation and 24 hours after it.
In your case, if your relationship took place during the last 5 days, I advise you to go to the pharmacy, you could benefit from the morning after pill . If this is not the case, I simply advise you to wait until the next cycle and take a pregnancy test if you notice a marked delay in your period.
I hope I have answered your question!
Happy day
