Good morning, ma'am,
Are you able to detail the situation, i.e. why you think you need emergency oral contraception?

Yesterday was the 4 week mark so I had to take the patch off to get my period but I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside my vagina but I decided not to take the patch off yet and said that maybe I could take the morning after pill.

Thank you for the feedback.
If you have been wearing the patch as prescribed, i.e., 1 patch changed every 7 days with no misses, and the period with the 3rd week patch does not exceed 7 days, your contraceptive remains effective. Emergency oral contraception is therefore not required according to the information provided.
However, I recommend that you contact your pharmacist to confirm this and because an in-person or telephone consultation may be more detailed.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
