I have been bleeding for 2 months and I have a stomach ache?

I have big stomach aches in my uterus and it even wakes me up at night Could my birth control pill be the cause? Also, I have my period continuously for 2 months This pain has persisted for about two months. I've been taking the Alysena pill for 6 months, I was taking Lolo before. As for the bleeding, it has been constant for two months. They have never stopped since these two months and they are moderately abundant. I did what my doctor told me to do, that is to say to take two tablets for a few days and if it didn't work to start the cycle again but nothing worked. I will see my doctor again in May but I would have liked to have a solution before because it is really disturbing.

And what do you mean by your periods have been continuous for 2 months, are they constant/abundant bleeding? Thanks for the feedback!
