Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
Although the situation may seem unpleasant, it does not necessarily indicate a problem and usually goes away on its own. Many factors can cause this such as an episode of fatigue, illness or vaccination, stress, change of schedule or even no discernible reason at all
I invite you to continue taking your contraceptive as planned if you are willing to do so.
I hope to have reassured you and remain available if you have any further questions

Thank you for your answer, but do you think that the bleeding that I have now is because I take it continuously, and that I have exceeded 3 months continuously for the first time that it happens to me

Good question! I want to reassure you:
If you take the pill continuously, i.e. without a break, it does prevent ovulation. The bleeding that women have during their break period is only withdrawal bleeding, not menstruation, and is not necessary for their fertility or health. To this end, you could take the pill continuously for as long as you want
The bleeding could also be just bad luck but does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it is light and temporary.

Thank you very much for your answers that ensure me that it was not something more serious.
