My daughter had a fever and a rash on her body?

My daughter (18 months) had two small pimples/scabies at the beginning of the week, I thought they were cold sores but I am not so sure anymore. Her skin marks easily, for example where she has her stockings on, and it's getting patchy at the level of the diaper. She has stools that don't smell like usual and she is very red on her vulva lips and even a little bloody and her lips are very dry. She doesn't eat much, drinks less than usual but still drinks well and I noticed small redness/plaques on her inner thighs. She had a fever this week and since then I still find her hot at times but I don't have a thermometer to confirm.
