My boy has a fever, cough and tummy ache. Could it be hand-to-mouth disease since my baby has it?

Hello Mrs,
Unfortunately it is impossible to determine the cause of these symptoms, especially since many childhood conditions include the symptoms you described. Having said that, treating the symptoms is usually sufficient:
Acetaminophen (Tylenol, Tempra and other brands) can help with fever and stomach pain
As for coughing, the best remains nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime, followed by suctioning the secretions with a baby fly. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can reduce their backward flow, which often causes coughing.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any other questions!
