The luteal phase of my menstrual cycle lasts between 9 and 11 days. Can this make it harder to get pregnant?

I went off the birth control pill 14 months ago and have been testing for ovulation for 6 months. I am not taking any medications/supplements but am contemplating taking Vitex to rebalance my hormones.

Good evening ma'am,
It can make it harder to conceive yes, but only because it's slightly more complex to calculate the expected date of ovulation (which I don't think causes that much of a problem for you considering you use ovulation tests).
As far as I know, a shorter luteal phase does not decrease the chances of conceiving beyond that, but it would be best to validate the information with a gynecologist.
Good evening,
