Hello! For some time now, I have been having more frequent and intense urges to urinate. I also have slight abdominal pain. I think I have a urinary infection.

Good evening,
It is possible for a pharmacist to prescribe a treatment for a urinary tract infection, under certain conditions.
The first condition is to have received an antibiotic for a urinary tract infection from a physician or a GPI within the last 5 years.
Then there is a questionnaire to fill out verbally in the pharmacy (or over the phone) to see if you are eligible for the prescription.
I suggest you contact your pharmacy and ask for a consultation with your pharmacist.
I hope I have helped you today.
