Can the pH of my vagina be incompatible with the pH of my partner's penis?

When I have sex with my partner without a condom, I always get infections (it starts to burn me when I pee and I always pee) but if we put a condom on I don't get infections.

Hello,
It is not a question of pH compatibility, but rather of the sensitivity of the vaginal flora. Indeed, during sexual relations, given the mucous membrane/mucous membrane friction, the presence of various fluids, etc., this can create an imbalance in the flora. As a result, certain bacteria will grow and cause urinary tract infections. It is sometimes possible to help yourself by going to the bathroom after sex or with certain lubricants, but this does not work for all women.

Hello !
i have never had the problem with any other partner. Even if I will urinate after the relationship, with this one the problem persists after every unprotected sex. It's like we're not really compatible

Each partner has characteristics that are hard to change even outside of pH (e.g. flora on the penis, sperm composition, penis shape, skin texture, etc.). So, I wouldn't say you're not compatible because I find that a bit too negative, but yes it's possible that one of your partner's characteristics doesn't make you.
I hope I have helped you,
