Can glycerin suppositories be used every week?

Hello Ma'am,
The use of glycerin suppository should be done in rare situations. In other words, it should not have to be applied every week unless under medical supervision.
In a situation like yours, instead, modify the foods introduced somewhat and prioritize fibrous foods and fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, make sure the child is drinking enough fluids. Finally, avoid giving him rice cereal or a large amount of cow's milk.
To help with digestion, you can lay him on his back, and have him "cycle" with his legs. Massaging the belly (clockwise) also helps.
If this doesn't stop the suppositories, we'll lean toward using a product like PEG3350 (Lax-A-Day™) instead.
